Job Descriptions:

• Update projects’ progress daily and communicate with clients on project status.

• Prepare weekly meetings materials for projects including project brief and correspondence.

• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties depending on the projects.

• Upload articles for online publication

• Attend conference when required including in weekends or weekday evenings occasionally

• Closely monitor different digital campaigns with client’s approved content with regional digital marketing team to provide enduring support for digital projects

• Maintain good relationships with clients and build a strong understanding of their brand portfolios to provide perceptive advice

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in project management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

• Excellent coordination and ability to multi-task, communications, and problem-solving skills

• Available to work/travel occasionally over weekend

• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

• Experience in managing subordinates or small team
